About Role:
We’re looking for a creative Brand Communication & Design Associate to help elevate our brand presence across digital and offline platforms, who has a strong eye for design and hands-on experience creating engaging posters and marketing creatives. The role also requires someone confident on camera to represent the brand through social media content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Design:
- Design high-quality visual assets including social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals
- Create engaging posters, marketing visuals, and short-form creative videos using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and other relevant design software.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand identity across platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Support internal communication and employer branding initiatives through compelling design.
On-Camera Brand Representation:
- Act as a brand face for social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Participate in campaign shoots, promotional videos, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Work closely with the content and video teams to understand scripts and deliver engaging on-camera presentations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in brand communication or graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva and other design tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing or motion design tools (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of visual design, typography, and color theory.
- Good communication and presentation skills, especially for on-camera appearances.
- Creativity and the ability to bring fresh ideas for marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to travel extensively
Preferred Attributes:
- Basic understanding of video editing tools.
- Experience in personal branding or content creation is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
