Job Title: Brand Building & Marketing Lead
Location: Hyderabad, India

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Building & Marketing professional to drive brand awareness, positioning, and growth for an IT Infrastructure System Integration company. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies across digital, offline, and outdoor channels, with a strong focus on B2B marketing and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance visibility and positioning in the IT Infrastructure/System Integration space
- Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, outdoor, events, and offline channels)
- Drive and manage outdoor marketing initiatives including hoardings, transit media, print ads, and local branding activities
- Identify high-impact locations and optimize OOH (Out-of-Home) campaigns for maximum visibility and ROI
- Lead content strategy including website, case studies, whitepapers, blogs, and marketing collateral
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the IT infrastructure domain
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, LinkedIn marketing, and paid ads
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to generate qualified leads and support business growth
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics across digital and offline channels
- Build and maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, media partners, and outdoor advertising agencies
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention strategies in a B2B environment
- Support branding for events, exhibitions, and partner programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in brand building and marketing (preferably in IT/technology industry)
- Experience in outdoor marketing / OOH campaigns execution and vendor management
- Strong understanding of B2B and digital marketing strategies
- Proven experience in lead generation and campaign management
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure ROI across channels
- Familiarity with IT Infrastructure concepts is an added advantage
- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in System Integrator / IT Infrastructure / Technology services companies
- Knowledge of OEM and partner marketing
- Exposure to LinkedIn and performance marketing
- Experience managing outdoor media planning and execution
