Role Description
As a Brand Associate at Perfora, you will support the development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This full-time role is based on-site at our headquarters in Gurugram. Responsibilities include assisting in crafting brand strategies, managing content for campaigns, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in branding, visual identity development, and content creation
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and design
- Understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and online campaign management
- Analytical skills to evaluate market trends and track campaign performance metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in consumer goods, D2C brands, or similar industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred
- Passion for innovation and creating meaningful customer experiences
