Role: Brand and Visual Designer
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
Job Description
InCommon is hiring for a mission-driven healthcare company dedicated to giving underserved patients with complex needs the dignified, high-quality care they deserve but rarely receive. As a primary, behavioral, and social care provider, the company walks alongside patients for their entire care journey, offering virtual and at-home care, along with 24/7 support.
The company builds long-term relationships with patients so they know, without question, that the team is there for them day or night, year after year. To achieve its mission, the company collaborates with community-based organizations, local providers, and health plans, guided by empathetic care teams, proven care models, and proprietary technology.
About the Role
We're looking for a Brand and Visual Designer with a demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment, bring creative concepts to life across a range of media, and embrace AI-enabled ways of working.
You'll work across the full marketing and brand experience, from campaign concepting and visual design to multimedia content development and production.
As part of a small, highly collaborative and globally distributed team, you'll have broad ownership and influence. One day you may be producing content for a patient engagement campaign, the next refining brand guidelines, animating a social asset, or reviewing copy for a partner brief.
What You'll Do
• Design high-quality marketing materials across print and digital formats, including presentations, one-pagers, social assets, email campaigns, and event collateral
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints
• Develop and evolve branded templates for organization-wide use
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex healthcare topics into accessible content
• Produce and edit multimedia content for campaigns, social media, video, and partner-facing materials
• Prepare marketing assets for production, including print and web
• Apply and evolve brand standards and editorial strategy across all outputs
• Adapt tone and voice for different audiences, including patients, partners, health plans, and clinical staff
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative concepting, content production, and iteration
• Own creative decisions and clearly articulate rationale to stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
What We're Looking For
• 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing design, brand design, or a related creative role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Experience in visual and graphic design across digital and print formats
• Experience using AI tools for creative production, including image generation, copy assistance, video, and workflow automation
• Demonstrated copyediting ability across marketing channels
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Extremely clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
Preferred
• Background in healthcare, public health, or mission-driven organizations
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics
• Familiarity with Figma or other digital design tools
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field
Interview Process
During the interview process, candidates will be asked to provide a portfolio showcasing visual design, video or animation, and writing samples where available
