Most writers can hold a brand voice. Most can write for a feed. Few can do both, for different clients, without losing the plot on either.
That's the job.
Who we are
A creative and culture house based in Bangalore. A little over a year old. We work across brand, social, design, and film. Our clients come to us because they want to be taken seriously.
So do the people we hire.
What you'll do
Own the voice for multiple clients. Not contribute to it. Own it well enough to defend it in a room and push back on a brief that's wrong.
Write thought-leadership that doesn't sound like thought-leadership. For founders and brands with real things to say.
Brief yourself. Given a client and a goal, you produce a content direction. Not just content.
Use AI as a production tool. You know when to reach for it and when to put it down.
What we're looking for
3 to 5 years at an agency or in-house. A portfolio where at least one thing swung hard. Experience holding brand and social for the same client simultaneously.
You read things that have nothing to do with marketing. You're comfortable being wrong about a draft. Based in Mumbai, or seriously willing to be.
The honest part
Small team. Year two. The work is demanding and the feedback is direct. You'll be close to the founders and close to the decisions.
For the right person, that's the whole point.
