Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand and Social Media Manager to join our team. This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur. The role involves developing and executing innovative brand strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. The candidate will oversee community engagement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the alignment of brand messaging across all channels. Additionally, the role includes monitoring trends and staying up-to-date on digital marketing and branding strategies to drive growth and visibility.
Qualifications
- Brand Management and Strategy: Experience in creating and implementing brand identity, campaigns, and storytelling.
- Social Media Expertise: Proficiency in managing and growing social media platforms, scheduling tools, and tracking performance metrics.
- Content Creation and Copywriting: Strong skills in content development, writing, editing, and visual storytelling.
- Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with digital marketing trends, audience engagement strategies, and analytics for campaign optimization.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally, lead initiatives, and effectively communicate with teams.
- Proactive mindset, creativity, and keen attention to detail.
- Relevant education or proven experience in marketing, branding, communications, or related fields.
