- Own category P&L, setting pricing strategies and optimizing margins while delivering on customer value propositions
- Manage category performance through analytics, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring best-in-class assortment
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market dynamics to maintain brand leadership and relevance in hair care segment
- Oversee the development, execution, and continual enhancement of the hair care product portfolio, from concept to market launch
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors and manufacturers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and sustainable sourcing
