POSITION
Brand & Operations Associate Full-time In-person
New Delhi
WHO WE ARE
We’re building the first Indian jewelry and accessories brand that belongs on the global stage, not as an export, but as a name. Designed and manufactured in Delhi, built for New York. We move fast, make everything in-house, and we’re launching in 2026.
THE ROLE
You'll be the operational backbone of the brand, production, sourcing, day-to-day coordination, and the systems that hold everything together. You work directly with the founder. No middle layer, no bureaucracy. What you build here will be what this brand runs on.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
· Coordinate end-to-end production, tracking product status from initiation through completion.
· Manage vendors and sourcing to ensure timely procurement and quality standards.
· Own day-to-day operational execution across the brand.
· Provide the founder with daily status updates and summarize key developments.
· Coordinate with job workers to keep every order on track.
· Support social media content planning.
· Manage daily operations across departments, ensuring alignment between production, sourcing, marketing, and business priorities.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
· Someone who builds before they are told to.
· Resourceful under pressure, clear-headed in ambiguity.
· Strong instinct for luxury; we sell the story, not the price.
· Data-driven enough to track what matters, sharp enough to know what it does.
· Delhi-based, Available in person daily
