About the Job
We are seeking one exceptional individual to lead our branding and growth efforts end-to-end. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and execution. You will define how our brand is perceived, how it reaches the right audience, and how it earns trust in a crowded, noisy market.
This is a high-ownership, high-impact role designed for individuals who don’t just create content but build systems, shape narratives, and drive measurable growth.
You will take full ownership of our branding and growth function across content, platforms, and strategy. From shaping narratives to executing campaigns, your work will directly influence how our products reach and resonate with users.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive brand strategy, including positioning, messaging, and narrative building
- Execute growth experiments to improve reach, engagement, and conversion
- Analyze performance trends to continuously refine strategy
- Influence business decisions through insights and structured thinking
- Scale content systems for creation, distribution, and growth
- Maintain brand voice across platforms
- Design and produce high-quality content across formats (short-form, long-form, visual, and video)
- Own and scale our presence across key platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and blogs
- Lead long-form content initiatives with a focus on depth and clarity
- Contribute to paid marketing initiatives (campaigns, ads, launches)
Who We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA, M.Tech, or similar)
- Individuals with a strong interest or prior experience in social media, content, or brand-building initiatives
- Good understanding of content, branding, and audience engagement fundamentals
- Comfortable using basic design and content tools such as Canva, Affinity, Figma, or similar platforms
- Ability to execute independently and take ownership with minimal direction
- Strong written communication skills with clarity, structure, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment
- Awareness of how different platforms work (LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, etc.) and how content performs on them
- A natural inclination towards storytelling, aesthetics, and positioning
- Prior experience in handling campaigns, branding initiatives, or working in early-stage / high-growth environments is a plus, but not mandatory
