We’re looking for a creative and strategic thinker who understands branding, social media, and content deeply — someone who can turn ideas into campaigns people remember.
Role Overview
As a Content & Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping Moe Puppy’s brand voice, content direction, campaigns, and overall digital presence. You’ll work closely with the founders, creative team, influencers, and marketing team to build engaging content and strong brand recall across platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who understands internet culture, trends, storytelling, and performance-driven content while also thinking long-term about brand identity and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Build monthly campaign calendars and content plans
- Conceptualize reels, shoots, ad creatives, and storytelling angles
- Maintain and evolve Moe Puppy’s brand voice and visual direction
- Manage and lead a creative/content team of 4–5 members to ensure smooth execution and consistency
- Work with designers, editors, creators, and influencers for campaign execution
- Research trends, competitors, and consumer behavior in the pet and lifestyle space
- Brainstorm viral and community-first content ideas
- Help plan offline activations, popup events, and brand collaborations
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategy accordingly
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, campaign messaging, and creative briefs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in content strategy, brand strategy, social media marketing, or creative marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills
- Ability to think both creatively and strategically
- Experience working with brands, agencies, startups, or D2C companies
- Understanding of content analytics and audience behavior
- Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of brand-building
- Experience managing or coordinating small creative teams
- Working knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content creation/editing platforms
- Bonus if you’ve worked in lifestyle, wellness, fashion, beauty, or pet brands
