Role Overview:
We are seeking a Brand and Communication Manager who will be responsible for building the brand’s cultural relevance and visibility through high-impact campaigns, partnerships, experiences, and on-ground activations while leading STEMpedia’s brand positioning and integrated communication initiatives across digital, institutional, and global platforms. The role will be responsible for strengthening the organisation’s brand presence, managing marketing communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all internal and external touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic brand thinking with strong execution to ensure STEMpedia’s communication effectively engages educators, institutions, partners, and global audiences.
Core Competencies & Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Architect and execute integrated brand communication strategies designed to solidify and enhance STEMpedia’s position as a leader within the global education and technology sectors.
- Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC): Develop and implement comprehensive IMC plans that synergise digital marketing, advertising, content marketing, and multi-channel promotional campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Digital Presence & Web Management: Direct the continuous enhancement and optimisation of the company’s website and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency, up-to-date content, and an exemplary user experience (UX).
- Omni-Channel Content Management: Spearhead the creation and management of communications across all channels, including newsletters, social media, blogs, marketing campaigns, and formal institutional communications.
- Internal Communications: Partner with leadership to manage and disseminate key internal communications, including company announcements, newsletters, executive presentations, and internal engagement campaigns.
- Customer-Centric Communication Strategy: Design and implement marketing communication initiatives aligned with the customer decision-making journey to foster deeper engagement with existing audiences while effectively attracting new ones.
- Marketing Content & Campaign Leadership: Lead the end-to-end creation and distribution of all content marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, sales enablement materials, and promotional content.
- Brand Stewardship & Messaging: Uphold and enforce a consistent brand voice, messaging framework, and visual identity across all communication channels, platforms, and marketing assets.
- Analytics & Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyse the performance of communication and marketing efforts through tools such as Google Analytics, SEO insights, and digital campaign metrics. Translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations: Drive brand visibility and cultural reach by cultivating and managing collaborations with complementary brands, platforms, event organisers, and intellectual properties (IPs). Identify and execute partnership opportunities that align with core brand values and resonate with target audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduation in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience across brand strategy, marketing, or growth roles, communications, or performance marketing.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Experience managing digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms.
- Ability to develop integrated marketing campaigns and brand communication strategies.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working in EdTech, technology, or education-focused organisations will be an advantage.
