JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Development Specialist - HNI would be involved in active acquisition of HNI clients who are recent home owners to
channel our premium/luxury home interior solutions through their own network or build new networks in the region assigned.
Roles and responsibilities :
• Pivotal in generating revenue for home interior business of Premium properties through Various clients
• Active involvement in marketing initiatives and events for customers
Play a key role in onboarding new different groups/associations/individuals and strategize to capture market share with
help in generating referral or business from them
•
• Help the organization attain better brand recognition and business growth through market initiatives
• Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth through offline leads
• Active involvement in optimizing cost of customer acquisition
Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop plans for adapting existing portfolios to new business
opportunities.

Showcase exceptional business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management
skills

• Establish business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy.
• Lead identification of opportunities and geographical expansion to optimize business processes.
• Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 4+ years of relevant experience in connecting with network
