Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and passionate Production Assistant to manage the
end-to-end execution of branded content, ad films, digital campaigns, and video productions. This role
requires someone who can efficiently handle pre-production planning, talent coordination, shoot
execution, vendor management, and post-production workflows while ensuring seamless delivery of projects within timelines and budgets.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of commercial production workflows,excellent coordination skills, and a passion for storytelling, filmmaking, and advertising.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the end-to-end execution of branded content, ad films, and video productions,
ensuring smooth coordination across pre-production, production, and post-production stages.
2. Plan and coordinate all pre-production activities, including location scouting, recce
management, shot breakdowns, prop planning, production documentation, PPM decks,
budgets, and production trackers.
3. Handle casting, costume and talent coordination by identifying, shortlisting, and managing
actors, creators, models, and external talent while ensuring alignment with the creative brief
and production requirements.
4. Create and manage detailed production schedules, call sheets, shoot calendars, and resource
allocation plans while coordinating with directors, DoPs, assistant directors, freelance crew,
and production vendors.
5. Oversee on-ground shoot execution, including crew coordination, talent management,
logistics, permissions, equipment handling, vendor management, and ensuring timely delivery
of all production objectives.
6. Coordinate with equipment vendors, studios, freelancers, and post-production teams while
tracking project timelines, revisions, deliverables, and maintaining production documentation
and archives.
7. Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, creative teams, production teams,
talent, and external stakeholders, proactively solving challenges and ensuring high-quality
execution of all projects.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Film Production, Advertising, or a related field, with 1–2
years of relevant experience.
2. Strong understanding of pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
3. Excellent organizational, coordination, and project management skills.
4. Experience working with talent, vendors, production crews, and external stakeholders.
5. Proficiency in Google Workspace; basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
is a plus.
6. Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
7. Passion for filmmaking, storytelling, and the advertising industry, with a willingness to travel
for shoots.
