Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and execution-oriented Brand Activation Trainee/Executive to support on-ground and digital marketing activations in the FMCG sector. The role involves executing promotional campaigns, retail activations, sampling activities, events, and consumer engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Candidates who have actively participated in college fests, events, promotions, campaigns, or on-ground activities will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution of brand activation campaigns across retail outlets, events, and digital platforms
- Coordinate product sampling, in-store promotions, and consumer engagement activities
- Work with vendors, agencies, and event partners for smooth campaign execution
- Manage branding materials, POSM, and promotional inventory
- Conduct market visits and track competitor activities
- Coordinate with sales teams for promotional and activation requirements
- Assist in product launches, exhibitions, and trade events
- Prepare activity reports, market feedback, and campaign insights
- Ensure activations are executed within timelines and approved budgets
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Creative mindset with strong execution ability
- Basic understanding of branding and consumer engagement
- Vendor coordination and event management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable with field work and travel

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field / MBA
- Prior exposure to marketing, events, promotions, or activations preferred
