Work Mode: Work from the office (Mumbai) for the initial months, followed by a Work From Home option.
Salary: INR 8,00,000 – INR 12,00,000 per annum + ESOP
Performance-based journey: growth in designation, salary, incentive & ESOP will only depend on vertical growth, not on a timeline basis.
About the Role:
We’re looking for someone with around 1-3 years of B2B business development experience, ideally someone who’s comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders or founders. Your main responsibility will be to source, nurture, and develop relationships with potential clients who can benefit from our accelerator. You’ll use a combination of outreach strategies and automation tools to engage them and then facilitate introductions to our senior team
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential brand founders or senior decision-makers.
- Use AI tools and personalized communication to nurture and warm up leads.
- Present our value proposition and generate interest in Scale100X.AI’s offerings.
- Coordinate and schedule follow-up calls with our senior team for further discussions.
Eligibility and Qualifications:
Education: Candidates must be graduates from an IIT or IIM program.
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a B2B sales or business development role.
Client Interaction: Direct experience interacting with senior stakeholders or founders in previous roles is preferred.
