Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Service Manager based in New Delhi, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Service Manager will oversee daily branch operations, ensure exceptional client servicing, and maintain high operational performance. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team, ensuring adherence to company policies, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to enhance branch efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role also involves regular reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong team leadership, management, and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in operations management, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing client relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Thorough understanding of branch operations and ability to enforce policy compliance
- Proficiency with basic ERP tools and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with the digital marketing industry or relevant sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
