Position: Branch Service Incharge

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform battery testing and diagnosis as per company SOPs using approved instruments.
• Support warranty evaluation, certification, and timely claim processing.
• Supervise, guide, and train service technicians and dealer staff on correct service practices.
• Manage battery movement, records, and stock coordination at service stations and in the field.
• Visit dealer premises and customer locations for service support, battery checking, and complaint resolution.
• Ensure service station and dealer infrastructure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
• Monitor service TAT, warranty risk, and adherence to company policies.
• Support failed battery analysis, scrap handling, and proper documentation.
• Use company systems such as SAP, WMS, dashboards, and reporting tools for service operations.
• Assist during internal and external audits and ensure availability of required records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, R&D, Logistics, Sales) for issue resolution.

Deployment Flexibility:

• The engineer may be deployed at Service Stations or in Field roles, based on business requirements.
• Periodic role rotation (SS / Field) may be required for skill development and operational needs.

Experience: 3 to 8 years
