Role Description
The Branch Sales Manager will manage day-to-day sales operations and oversee a team to achieve branch targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, building client relationships, generating leads, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves monitoring market trends and providing training for the sales team to enhance performance. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi.
Qualifications
- Sales experience, team management, and goal-setting capabilities
- Skills in customer engagement and relationship management
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in market analysis and sales strategy development
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
