Summary
Responsible for driving sales of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP), managing branch sales operations, and leading a team to achieve targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for Home Loans LAP
- Manage and motivate sales team
- Develop business through DSAs, builders, and direct sourcing
- Maintain customer relationships and handle queries
- Ensure smooth loan processing and policy compliance
Requirements
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 3+ years experience in Home Loan/LAP sales
- Strong sales, team management, and market knowledge
Reporting To: Area/Regional Manager
Compensation: Fixed + Incentives
