Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal for a Branch Sales Manager at SBFC Finance Limited. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving sales growth, and managing a team of sales professionals. The role includes building and maintaining relationships with customers, monitoring sales performance, planning and executing sales strategies, and ensuring compliance with company processes and regulations. Ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment are key responsibilities for this role.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills to inspire branch performance.
- Experience in retail banking, financial services, or related industries, with knowledge of credit products.
- Proven track record in sales strategy and execution, business growth, and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to oversee branch operations effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build customer and team relationships.
- Understanding of compliance principles and regulatory guidelines in financial services.
- Proficiency in technology adoption and working with financial software and tools.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
