Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager based in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, lead and motivate a team, develop and execute sales strategies, achieve business growth objectives, and ensure seamless communication between the branch and headquarters. The role also includes maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving customer concerns, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Used car loans Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team
- Sound understanding of financial products and services, particularly in retail and real estate financing
- Proficiency in Market Analysis and Strategic Planning
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and meet business objectives
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry, preferably in a similar capacity, is a strong advantage
