Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager to oversee LAP business located in Chennai. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales operations, leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include achieving branch sales targets, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and inspire sales teams
- Proficiency in sales operations, strategy development, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and resolve challenges
- Experience in financial services or related industries is preferred
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Chennai
