Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division for a Branch Sales Manager. The role involves managing branch sales activities, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of business targets. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales plans, leading and mentoring sales teams, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Branch Sales Manager will also monitor market trends, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide exceptional customer service to clients.

- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
- Market analysis skills and the ability to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Knowledge of financial services and products, especially in retail and wholesale funding, is preferred.
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business management, marketing, or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales software, and data analysis tools is a plus.
