Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role based in Akola. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive the achievement of sales targets within the branch. Responsibilities include team leadership, monitoring team performance, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer satisfaction.

- Strong leadership, team-building, and training skills to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
