Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Pudukkottai. Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management
- Experience in team management, leadership, and performance monitoring
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of financial products and services, with prior experience in sales within the financial or banking sector preferred
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment while ensuring adherence to organizational policies and goals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
