Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Branch Sales Manager role based in Lucknow. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch operations, lead and mentor the sales team, and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing local sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing initiatives to grow the client base in real estate and related financial services. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting client meetings and site visits, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Branch Sales Manager will also coordinate with senior leadership on forecasting, reporting, compliance, and process improvements to drive branch profitability and market presence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in real estate, financial services, or related sectors, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong team management and people development skills, including coaching, performance monitoring, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
- Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with a consultative and solution-oriented approach.
- Solid understanding of local real estate markets, sales pipelines, and business development practices; ability to design and execute branch-level sales strategies.
- Competence in using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and basic data analysis to track performance and inform decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, conduct regular field activities and site visits, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
