Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Visakhapatnam. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee and manage the daily sales operations of the branch, supporting the sales team to achieve targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Additional responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering exceptional customer service while driving revenue growth.

  • Sales and business development experience, including the ability to identify and close new opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building client relationships

  • Analytical skills for assessing market trends and developing strategies
