Role Description
Responsible for driving branch sales, managing the team, and ensuring smooth operations while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and improve branch performance
- Generate leads, increase walk-ins, and ensure high conversion
- Manage, train, and motivate the sales team
- Handle customer relationships and resolve escalations
- Oversee daily operations and ensure policy compliance
- Track performance and submit regular reports
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate .
- 1- 3 years in sales (with team handling experience)
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills
