Role Description
We are seeking a Branch Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position in our New Delhi office. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee sales team operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and drive branch profitability. Responsibilities include managing business development activities, nurturing customer relationships, mentoring and training the sales team, achieving monthly and yearly targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven sales and negotiation skills with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in business development and customer relationship management
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Knowledge of housing finance products, real estate trends, and industry regulations
- Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using digital tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales or financial services; prior experience in housing finance is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
