Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager in Mumbai. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations to achieve sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales executives. The role includes monitoring team performance, providing training and guidance, building and sustaining customer relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders to expand the company’s business in the specified region.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven expertise in sales, team management, business development, and achieving sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships with a customer-centric approach.
- Leadership and Communication: Effective leadership, team-building, and communication capabilities for managing and mentoring a team.
- Knowledge of Financial Services: Understanding of the housing finance sector and related products will be advantageous.
- Hands-on experience in operations management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
