Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Greater Noida/Agra/Meerut/Gurgaon/Sonipath for a Branch Sales Manager. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee the daily sales operations, manage and mentor a sales team, and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong client relationships, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the role involves monitoring team performance, providing necessary training, and regularly reporting on sales metrics to senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and business development
- Strong leadership, team-building, and training skills
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales forecasting, and strategy implementation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and adapt to a dynamic business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience in financial services or MSME lending/Working Capital/Mortgage Loan
