Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Branch Sales Manager will oversee daily branch operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and lead a team to achieve business targets. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, driving growth in deposits and advances, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves analyzing market opportunities, providing guidance to team members, and maintaining service excellence.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Market Analysis, and Business Development
- Expertise in Team Management, Leadership, and Employee Mentoring
- Strong Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement skills
- Knowledge of Banking Operations, Financial Products, and Regulatory Compliance
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and the use of banking systems or related software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in retail banking or financial services is advantageous
