Role Overview:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth across the region by strengthening distributor and channel networks, increasing market penetration, and ensuring achievement of branch revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership capability, market intelligence, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and drive business growth opportunities across the branch.
- Develop direct sales and channel acquisition strategies to expand market reach.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, channel partners, and key clients.
- Drive lead generation and monitor sales productivity metrics across the region.
- Ensure achievement of revenue targets and improve sales efficiencies.
- Conduct engagement programs and training sessions for channel partners.
- Monitor SLAs, sales performance, and overall channel effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure adequate brand visibility and promotional support.
- Educate, motivate, and coach distributor sales teams to build a high-performance culture.
- Track competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
