Role Description
The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bijnor. The responsibilities include leading branch operations, achieving sales targets, managing and mentoring a sales team, and ensuring stellar customer service delivery. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, building relationships with customers and business partners, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, the Branch Sales Manager will oversee loan disbursement processes and contribute to fostering customer satisfaction and branch growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the financial or housing finance sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a sales team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
- Deep understanding of the housing finance market and knowledge of local business practices and regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, financial analysis, and reporting systems.
- Self-motivation, results orientation, and the ability to work independently while achieving organizational objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA or related advanced qualifications are an advantage).
- Experience in branch operations and customer service management is a plus.
