🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Branch Sales Manager – Karnataka to lead and drive end-to-end sales operations for high-value sports infrastructure projects including indoor & outdoor courts, turfs, multi-sport arenas, and turnkey sports facility development.
This role carries complete revenue ownership for Karnataka and requires strong experience in high-ticket project sales, institutional sales, and team handling.
🔥 Key Responsibilities1️⃣ Revenue Ownership & Target Achievement Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Karnataka region
Drive high-value project sales (₹2 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+ ticket size)
Develop territory sales strategy for:
Schools & Colleges
Real Estate Developers
Government Tenders
Sports Academies
Corporates
Ensure minimum 30–40% advance collection on confirmed projects
2️⃣ Business Development & Market Expansion Identify and penetrate new districts across Karnataka
Develop relationships with builders, architects, consultants & contractors
Handle large institutional & turnkey sports infra projects
Build strong referral and channel partner network
3️⃣ Team Leadership Lead & monitor Field Sales Executives and Telesales teams
Conduct weekly performance & pipeline reviews
Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups & conversion ratios
Ensure strict CRM discipline and sales reporting
4️⃣ Project & Execution Alignment Coordinate with Engineering team for site feasibility
Ensure smooth Sales → Execution handover
Monitor payment milestones with Finance
Track WIP projects and ensure minimum 60% collection during execution phase
