🎯 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Branch Sales Manager – Tamil Nadu to lead and drive end-to-end sales operations across the state for high-value sports infrastructure projects.
This is a revenue ownership role requiring strong expertise in project sales, institutional selling, and team leadership.
⚠️ Strictly for candidates with B2B / Infrastructure / Institutional project sales experience.
Retail, FMCG, or counter sales profiles will not be considered.
📌 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Revenue & Target Ownership
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Tamil Nadu region
Drive high-value project sales (₹2 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+ ticket size)
Develop and execute territory strategy targeting:
Schools & Colleges
Real Estate Developers
Government Tenders
Sports Academies
Corporates
Ensure minimum 30–40% advance collection on confirmed projects
2️⃣ Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify and penetrate new districts and untapped markets in Tamil Nadu
Develop strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and contractors
Handle key institutional clients and large turnkey sports infrastructure projects
Build referral networks and channel partnerships
3️⃣ Team Leadership
Lead, train, and monitor Field Sales Executives & Telesales teams
Conduct weekly pipeline and performance review meetings
Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversion ratios
Ensure strict CRM updates and sales reporting discipline
4️⃣ Project Coordination & Collections
Coordinate with Engineering & Execution teams for site feasibility
Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Project Management
Monitor payment milestones and collections with Finance
Ensure minimum 60% collection during execution phase
Track WIP projects and overdue payments
5️⃣ Tender & Institutional Sales
Identify government and private tender opportunities in Tamil Nadu
Coordinate documentation, pricing strategy, and bid submission
Build relationships with municipal bodies, schools, and sports authorities
