Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Sales Executive based in Rairangpur. The Branch Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and managing new customer accounts, meeting sales targets, and promoting bank products and services. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, explaining banking products, assisting customers in account opening and financial transactions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also requires the candidate to collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in sales and client relationship management
- Understanding of banking products, including loans, deposit accounts, and customer services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills to manage accounts and meet sales targets effectively
- Experience working in semi-urban or rural areas is an advantage
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work in dynamic, customer-focused environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in local languages and English is an added advantage
