Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Relationship Manager based in Bhubaneswar. The Branch Relationship Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, manage client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing a team, achieving business targets, monitoring compliance with operational policies, addressing customer concerns, and driving consistent engagement with clients and the community. The role also involves identifying business growth opportunities and collaborating with other teams for effective branch performance.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills to maintain and build client relationships
- Proficiency in team management, operational oversight, and goal-setting
- Sound understanding of financial services, microfinance, and business practices in rural and semi-urban markets
- Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve targets and ensure operational efficiency
- Knowledge of compliance, regulatory standards, and financial documentation processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and community engagement
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; experience in microfinance or financial institutions is a plus
