Role Description
The Branch Relationship Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners to achieve sales and revenue goals. This full-time position requires overseeing customer acquisition, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring efficient issue resolution. Additional responsibilities include analyzing client needs to recommend suitable insurance solutions and ensuring adherence to company policies. This is an on-site role, based in the Pune Division.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills
- Expertise in sales and achieving revenue growth through targeted initiatives
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Financial planning and advisory experience is preferred
- Knowledge of insurance products and practices; prior experience in the insurance industry is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other corporate software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
