Role Description The Branch Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district, responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of a Pro Ultimate gym branch. This role includes managing front-desk activities, membership processes, and member experience to ensure high satisfaction and retention. The manager supervises and coordinates staff schedules, monitors attendance, and supports team development through coaching and guidance. Daily responsibilities include tracking branch revenue, managing expenses, overseeing inventory and maintenance of equipment, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and brand standards. The Branch Operations Manager also collaborates with the sales and marketing teams to execute local promotional activities, respond to member feedback, and drive continuous operational improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in branch, club, or store operations management, including staff supervision and day-to-day workflow coordination.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills to ensure an excellent member experience and effective issue resolution.
- Proficiency in basic financial management, such as tracking revenue, managing budgets, and preparing operational reports.
- Ability to implement and monitor standard operating procedures, including health, safety, and facility maintenance protocols.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
- Comfort using membership management software, basic office tools, and digital communication platforms.
- Prior experience in the fitness, hospitality, or retail sector is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
