Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Branch Operations Manager. The responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of the center, managing staff, ensuring the quality delivery of services, and optimizing operational efficiency. The role also involves addressing client queries, managing schedules, maintaining compliance with organizational standards, and collaborating with team members to enhance service outcomes.
Qualifications
- Operational Management and Team Leadership skills
- Proficiency in Scheduling, Coordination, and Organizational Management
- Strong Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Problem-Solving skills
- Experience in managing compliance, streamlining processes, and enhancing operational efficiency
- Familiarity with child development services or similar fields is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
