Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh for a Branch Operations Manager. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate daily operational activities within the branch, focusing on optimizing processes and ensuring seamless service delivery. Responsibilities include managing staff, monitoring performance metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction and working collaboratively across teams to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management, organizational, and process optimization skills
- Team leadership and performance management experience
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and decision-making
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Familiarity with compliance protocols and operational standards, preferably in the facility management industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
- Experience in facility management or similar industries is highly desirable
