Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager based in Lucknow. The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing team performance, and maintaining customer service excellence. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, optimizing operational efficiency, responding to customer inquiries, supporting banking transactions, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and procedures. The Branch Operations Manager will play a vital role in achieving organizational goals while fostering a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including team supervision, process optimization, and compliance management
- Experience with customer relationship management, delivering excellent service, and addressing customer needs
- Proficiency in banking operations, financial systems, and understanding of regulatory requirements
- Effective communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making capabilities in a dynamic banking environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in banking or business management are a plus
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a banking operations role, preferably within retail banking
