Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager (Tele Team) based in Rewa. The Branch Manager will lead and oversee the telesales team, driving performance to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing strategies to optimize team performance, monitoring daily operations, training and mentoring team members, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The role also involves collaborating with senior management to implement business development initiatives and ensuring the branch's overall profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate the telesales team
- 3 Years Experience in sales, customer relationship management, and achieving revenue targets
- Proficient in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with financial products and services such as equity, loans, and insurance is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and CRM software
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior management experience in financial services will be an added advantage
- AI knowledge is a big bonus
