Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager - Supply Chain Finance, based in Mumbai or Delhi with flexibility for remote work. Key responsibilities include managing branch operations, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing supply chain finance activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The Branch Manager will drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and manage a team while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and financial performance.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of supply chain finance, trade finance, and asset management operations
- Demonstrated experience in client relationship management and business development
- Proficiency in analysis, documentation, and compliance to ensure accurate operational processes
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in tools and platforms relevant to financial operations and trade processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
- Prior experience working in financial services, supply chain management, or trade finance is highly desirable
