Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kozhikode for a Branch Manager (Study Abroad). The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth delivery of services to clients while achieving business objectives. Responsibilities include managing a team of consultants, developing and implementing marketing strategies, fostering client relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and maintaining compliance with company policies and standards. The role also involves conducting consultations with prospective students and their families, guiding them through the study abroad process.
Qualifications
- Team leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively.
- Experience in educational consulting, client relationship management, or counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for engaging with students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Skills in strategic planning, performance analysis, and operational management.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies, customer service, and problem-solving.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in study abroad consulting or similar fields are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
