We are currently hiring for the position of Branch Manager (Sales & Operations) at our Delhi location.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead branch operations and drive sales of IT products and solutions. The role involves achieving revenue targets, managing teams, and expanding business in networking and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily branch operations
- Drive sales of IT products, networking, and cybersecurity solutions
- Achieve revenue targets and ensure business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance
- Coordinate with internal teams for solution delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Prepare and present performance and sales reports
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Preference for candidates from IT/Networking/Cybersecurity/System Integration industry
- Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure or technology solutions sales
- Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, cloud, virtualization, or managed services
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with strong business development ability
