PhillipCapital is looking for high-energy, entrepreneurial Sales Leaders / Branch Heads to build and lead our businesses in Noida and Gurugram.
This is an opportunity for professionals who have the ambition to build teams, acquire clients and create a significant AUM-led business.
Your Mandate
🔹 Build, hire and lead a team of Junior, Mid-Level & Senior Managers
🔹 Drive your own individual business along with team performance
🔹 Acquire and deepen relationships with HNIs, Ultra HNIs, Corporates, Treasuries, NRIs, FPIs & Family Offices
🔹 Drive business across Advisory, PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Stock Broking & Global Investment Products
🔹 Coach and develop your team to consistently deliver on AUM, revenue and client acquisition targets
🔹 Build a strong local franchise through relationships, referrals and new client acquisition
We Are Looking For
✔ 6–10 years of experience in Wealth Management / Stock Broking / Financial Services
✔ Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
✔ Strong HNI/UHNI and/or corporate client relationships
✔ Strong understanding of investment products and capital markets
✔ A hunter mindset, leadership ability and strong entrepreneurial drive
