Job Title: Head of Branch Sales

Role Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Head of Branch Sales – Karnataka to lead and expand our project sales across Bangalore and surrounding regions. The role focuses on high-value B2B sales, institutional partnerships, and turnkey project acquisition within the sports infrastructure domain.
This position demands strong expertise in project-based selling, infrastructure solutions, and institutional business development.
Note: Profiles from Retail / FMCG / Direct Consumer Sales will not be considered.Key Responsibilities1. Revenue & Business Growth
- Own and drive regional sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Manage project deal sizes ranging from ₹2 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+
- Ensure strong commercial closures with advance collections (30–40%)
2. Strategic Business Development
- Identify and develop opportunities across:
- Educational Institutions (Schools, Colleges, Universities)
- Real Estate & Developers
- Sports Academies & Clubs
- Corporate & Institutional Clients
- Government & Public Sector Projects
- Build long-term partnerships with architects, PMC consultants, and contractors
3. Team Management & Sales Operations
- Lead, guide, and monitor field sales and inside sales teams
- Track pipeline health, conversion ratios, and lead funnel efficiency
- Ensure consistent usage of CRM and reporting discipline
4. Project Coordination & Collections
- Work closely with internal engineering and execution teams
- Ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution
- Monitor billing milestones and ensure timely collections
5. Tendering & Institutional Sales
- Identify relevant tenders and large institutional opportunities
- Drive end-to-end bid management including pricing and negotiations
- Build relationships with government bodies, authorities, and institutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 6–12 years of experience in:
- B2B Project Sales
- Infrastructure / Turnkey Sales
- Institutional / Government Sales
- Proven experience in handling high-value and long-cycle sales
- Strong network within real estate, education, or government sectors
- Demonstrated success in closing large deals and managing key accounts
