1. Branch Manager
π Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to take complete ownership of branch operations, business growth, profitability (P&L), compliance, and customer satisfaction for Home Loan & LAP products.
π Key Responsibilities
β Overall branch operations with full P&L responsibility
β Drive sales and business growth for Home Loans & LAP
β Recruit, train, mentor, and manage sales & operations teams
β Set branch targets and ensure achievement of revenue goals
β Develop sourcing channels β builders, channel partners, connectors & open market
β Track sales performance, team productivity & MIS
β Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms & RBI guidelines
β Coordinate with credit, legal, operations, risk & technical teams
β Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, builders & partners
β Handle customer and internal escalations effectively
β Promote ethical practices and a performance-driven branch culture
π€ Candidate Profile
β
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline
β
5+ years of experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage sales
β
Minimum 1 year of branch-level team handling experience
β
Strong leadership, sales & people management skills
β
Sound understanding of mortgage products, credit & local market
β
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
β Preferred
β Experience with NBFC / HFC / Bank mortgage vertical
β Strong local builder & connector network
β Exposure to branch P&L and profitability management
2.Relationship Manager
π Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Officers / Relationship Managers to source, process, and close Home Loan & LAP business while delivering excellent customer experience and ensuring policy compliance.
π Key Responsibilities
β Source Home Loan & LAP business through open market, builders, channel partners, connectors & referrals
β Build and manage strong relationships with channel partners and stakeholders
β Handle the complete loan lifecycle β lead generation to disbursement
β Collect, verify, and ensure accuracy of customer documents
β Coordinate with credit, legal, technical & operations teams
β Provide end-to-end customer support and resolve queries
β Maintain MIS, customer data, and sales reports
β Achieve assigned targets and productivity benchmarks
β Support cross-selling of relevant financial products
π€ Candidate Profile

Minimum 2 yearsβ experience in Home Loan / LAP sales

Strong communication & negotiation skills

Target-driven and self-motivated

Good understanding of local market & sourcing channels
